Last month, during my constant quest for like-minded people and groups,  I came across two very interesting organizations-
Both are  relatively small,  non-profit organizations with very similar missions to SJM's  and both, luckily, are  pretty local.
After reaching out to them I further discovered  that they are founded and staffed by dedicated, knowledgeable individuals with similar values and lots of passion!
SJM is hoping to join with them on future projects.

          Please visit their websites :

On Dec 28th,  I attended their Leadership Facilitator Training ,  an all day workshop that was incredibly worthwhile.
Also check out their amazing  Youth Leadership programs.   I am considering being a volunteer facilitator for LFD, Lead for Diversity,
a week long Summer peer development camp.

Founded 5 years ago by 3  college educators,  Envision Social Change  regularly conducts workshops and training for universities, corporations and nationwide conferences.
