Social Justice Matters DOnations
SJM is using GiveButter for online financial transactions. GiveButter is a free fundraising and donor management platform for non-profits. GiveButter does not pass the processing fees for these transactions on to SJM.
You will be prompted to cover the 3% processing fee. You can do so or you can deselect that option.
GiveButter will automatically include a tip which goes to GiveButter to cover its costs to keep the platform free for nonprofit organizations. You can change this to "Other" and change the amount of the tip to any amount you choose, including $0. SJM will still not be charged any fees.
However, if you can pay a tip to GiveButter and/or cover the processing fee, that will help keep GiveButter free for nonprofits.

Become a member of SJM or renew your membership. Annual membership is $25 and runs from January 1st through December 31st. If you are paying for annual membership between September 1st and December 31st, your dues will count for the remainder of the calendar year and all of the following year

Black Student Union Scholarship
Donations to our BSU Scholarship Fund will be given to one or more deserving graduating seniors from the Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School Black Student Union based on applications received. If you wish for your donation to be in memory or honor of someone, you can specify that

Donations to our Kramer Manor Fund will support the upkeep of our historical archive as well as presentations about the history of the Kramer Manor neighborhood, which is situated in both Scotch Plains and Fanwood.
