Revolution Reimagined Art Contest

"Revolution Reimagined" was created as part of “New Jersey’s 250th Celebration of the Declaration of Independence.” Our program is unique because it draws powerful parallels between New Jersey’s role as the crossroads of the American Revolution and its place as a crossroads of Hip Hop Culture. Both movements are built on fundamental rights, resistance, freedom, and equality which reshaped society. Both continue to influence the national experience today.

Students will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity and historical insight through art. Their work will be displayed at “A Night of Justice.”
